Delivery & Returns Policy

Deliveries

Delivery is available within New Zealand and can be arranged online at our e-store when completing your order. We will try to dispatch your purchase on the next business day after you order it. Goods are dispatched at our risk (we insure them) until delivered to you.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order if we haven’t dispatched it already – please call us or email us with purchase details as soon as possible and The Shoe Lounge will arrange repayment to you.

Online purchases can be returned for an exchange or refund. Returns must be sent by track and trace courier. The Shoe Lounge will only accept responsibility for return packages once they arrive at our premises. Shipping charges for returns are the customers responsibility and will not be refunded.

You have 14 days from the original purchase date to return items. Proof of purchase must accompany the return. Shoes must be returned in original condition and in the original shoe box and packaging otherwise your refund will be declined.

All refunds are processed via the original method of payment and will be processed within 5 working days of receipt of your returned order.

All purchases are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase.

The Shoe Lounge will always meet its responsibilities under the Consumer Guarantees Act. Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase.
